STUDENT REMODEL

In 2021-22, we had the honor of partnering with the Iowa City Community School District to work as the general contractor on bringing back the student remodels. This project allowed students to get to participate in all the different steps of the remodel and gain experience in all the necessary trades while getting school credit. It was then displayed on the remodeler’s parade and then sold by the City of Iowa City to low-income families in the area. Currently, in 2023-23 we are working with the City of Iowa City and the Iowa City Community School District as the general contractors on a student build.
